It depends on the load type. Customer returns include opened items, shelf pulls, and untested products, sold as-is. Overstock and closeout loads are brand-new, unsold inventory in original packaging. We're always upfront about what a load contains before you commit.
Yes — specific retailer requests are welcomed. We regularly source Walmart, Amazon, Costco, and Wayfair loads, and we can source additional retailers and categories based on demand. Tell us what you're after and we'll let you know what's possible.
Manifests depend on the retailer and load type. Some loads come manifested, others are sold unmanifested at lower price points. We'll always tell you clearly which is which before you buy.
